Hello Greg,
This permit is ready to issue and the balance due is$12,963.99 (see attached invoice).
The fees can be paid online at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record
number SIT2021-00016 under the Building tab. Payment can be made by 'card' for a 3%service fee or select the 'check'
payment option and there is no service fee.
Please email the permit technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov once the fees are paid so that we can
issue the permit and make it available for pick up.
Please be aware of the following inspection process for demolition permits:
• NO site grading work can commence until erosion control and tree protection (if applicable) are in place, the site
work permit has been issued, and the 750 initial erosion control inspection has received a PASS.
• AFTER the site work permit is issued, schedule inspections online at http://inspections.tigard-
or.gov/WebOnlinelnspections in the following order:
o 750 Initial erosion control
o 798 Final erosion control (must pass 750 before 798 can be scheduled).
o 299 Final inspection (must pass 798 before 299 can be scheduled).
• ALL inspections must PASS and permit must be 'CLOSED' before site work can commence on the new
construction site work permits to be submitted.
