Hello Dianna and Allyson,
Thank you very much for the phone call to answer my questions.
I have spoken with our general contractor and structural engineer. We will follow the plans including all of the
details on the structural sheet 5100 as originally submitted. All work will conform to the 2019 Oregon
Structural Specialty Code and supplements by ASCE 7-16 as noted.
I apologize for any confusion due to our funding questions that have now been resolved. I have included a
Transmittal Form that states that there are no changes or revisions. No other attachments other than that
form.
We can proceed with the issued permit. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you,

Hello Donna,
We received (3) sets of engineering calculations for deck guardrail and floor joists that appear to be different than the
calculations already submitted and approved with the construction plans.
We will need you to complete the attached transmittal letter and provide an explanation that states specifically what
has changed in the calculations and/or plans. This will be routed for plan review, therefore the permit will be removed
from 'ready to issue' and returned to 'pending' status for review.
Please complete the attached transmittal letter and return to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hello Donna
The permit for the PCC Writers House is ready to be issued. The balance due is$1,288.33. Attached please find the
invoice for your review.
The fees can be paid online at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record
number under the Building tab. There is a service fee of 3%for payments by card, and there no service fee for
payments made by e-check. On the payment screen, select the payment method from the dropdown list next to the
`payment' field.
I am currently working remotely. Please email the permit technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov once
the fees are paid so that they can issue the permit and make it available for pick up.
