This permit has been approved by planning and the plan review submittal fee due is$875.91 (see attached invoice). The fees can be paid online at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number MST2021-00017 under the Building tab. There is a 3%service fee charged for using a card to pay fees. There is no service fee if you select the check payment option. Once the fees are paid, the plans will be routed offsite for engineering and building plan review. Due to the current remote working conditions, we are experiencing significant delays in processing permits. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing from submittal date to ready to issue. We have received the Clean Water Services provider letter and approved water meter fixture worksheet indicating the water meter will need to be upsized to a 3/4" meter and this must be installed prior to final inspection on the building permit. We have also received a new plumbing permit application and request to void the previous plumbing permit taken out online, and we have redlined the bar sink on the plans that was removed from the scope of work on the permit application and water meter worksheet. During creation of the permit we noticed that the mechanical and electrical permit applications are missing the description of work and the mechanical and electrical items identified on the application (see attached file). Please complete both applications and return to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov as soon as possible so that we can complete building plan review.
