However, a Plumbing permit cannot be created online due to the water meter upsize requirement. A completed Plumbing Permit Application-- attached above--will need to be emailed to us for processing at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov. All emailed permits are processed in the order in which they are received, and our current processing time is 1-3 weeks. If the owner will be completing the mechanical, Electrical and plumbing work, they will need to email all of these applications to us for processing as contractors are only able to obtain permits online. Regarding the water meter upsize, please keep in mind that the Final Inspection cannot be scheduled until the water meter is upsized. Please let us know if you have questions. Thank you.
