Call for comments from the public.
7:10 p.m. 4. Election of PRAB Officers 2021/22
7:20 p.m. 5. Tigard Parks and Recreation Master Plan Presentation
The MIG Consultant Team will give a presentation and update on the draft Parks
and Recreation Master Plan.
7:40 p.m. 6. Parks and Recreation Master Plan Discussion
PRAB Members will discuss draft Master Plan; Q&A with MIG Team and Parks
and Rec Staff.
8:10 P.M. 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen will provide
updates on the Summerlake Hardcourts, the current COVID-19 status for Tigard
Parks and Rec programs, and upcoming projects for FY21-22.
8:20 p.m. 8. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Recreation Coordinator,
Kaitlyn Leaf.

Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisors, Martin McKnight and
Greg Stout.

Call for non-agenda items.
8:50 p.m. 11. Executive Session (if required)
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
