Please see attached photos of the plans that were submitted; they show a "mother-in-law" suite with permanent
kitchen facilities,which we regulate as ADUs.
Buildings 1 and 3 will also need to be revised as well. I just checked the Building 1 plans and they also include the
"mother-in-law" suites which are not allowed in rowhomes, and it looks like Allyson caught this same issue for Building 3
in November, but the e-mail was accidentally sent to the old Polygon e-mail.
Please resubmit 3 sets of revised building plans for each of the buildings with the ADUs removed;you can drop them off
in the Permit Center lobby from Mondays to Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please include a transmittal letter:

acceptable due to access directly off of the garage. Lina will send a photo of the 'mother-in-law' unit with kitchens,
