o Inspection Process: NO demolition work can commence until a demolition permit has been issued and
an erosion control inspection has PASSED inspection.
■ Schedule inspections in order listed—each inspection must PASS before scheduling the next
inspection:
• 750 Initial erosion control
• 798 Final erosion control
• 299 Final building inspection
■ Demolition permit must pass all inspections and permit must be closed prior to issuance of new
construction permit in order to receive credits towards system development charges (SDCs) for
transportation, parks and sanitary sewer.
