After reviewing your submittal,the font on the plans is too small. Our Inspectors will not be able to review these plans in the field. We ask that you re-submit larger plans with legible font. We will need to receive the following in order to proceed with plan review: Electrical Permit: • (1) Electrical Permit Application. • (2) sets of Electrical plans. Building Permit: • (1) Building Permit Application. • (1) Photovoltaic Checklist. • (2) sets of Building permit plans showing connection details and fire department access. • (2) sets of Engineering Calculations. I have placed these submittals together in our open Permit Center conference room for you to pick up and re-submit when they are complete. Your submittals may be delivered to our drop box between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary to submit. Also, we will be creating(2) separate permits. I see that Dave Mojica was under the impression that your submittal would be a Deferred Submittal under Building permit BUP2019-00343. However, this is not the case. We will be creating separate permits that will be grouped to the Building permit. And,each of these permits will be reviewed by separate Plans Examiners. Please note that the electrical scope of work should not be included in the Building permit valuation of$69,250.00. If the electrical scope of work was included, please provide us with a new valuation. If you have additional questions, please let me know.
