The Site Work permit for Crescent Grove Cemetery is ready to issue now. The balance due is$1,434.39, and I have
attached an invoice above for you to reference. These fees can be paid online now at https://aca-
prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number SIT2020-00018 under the Building
tab. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee.
Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue this
permit and make it available for pick up. Please note that the Building permit is nearly ready to issue.We will contact
you when our final review has been completed.

Engineering just signed off those conditions,so I was able to release the site work permit to Building. But I'll need to
wait until Agnes is back in the office on Monday to release the building permit, because we need to calculate the TDTs&
SDCs due for that one.

Here is an update:
All Planning conditions have been satisfied,so Planning has no issues with releasing them.
There are some Engineering conditions under the land use case MMD2020-00021 that say"not
met." And it sounds like Jake is working on getting a permit through Washington County.Once

In February it sounded like we were a couple weeks away from issuance, and now it's mid-April! These
permits have been under review since 11/5/20 and have been stuck on "Permit Coordinator Review"for
two months or so.We have contractors standing by,waiting to build.. is there anything we can do to
help expedite this processing?

The Site Utilities Plumbing permit for the Crescent Grove Cemetery administration
building is ready to issue now. The balance due is$1,644.92, and I have attached an
invoice above for you to reference. The permit fees can be paid online through our
website: httns://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building
tab, enter the permit number(PLM2020-00453) in the Record Number field, and click
Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and we will
place this permit and the approved site copy set of plans in our open Permit Center
conference room for you to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary to
pick up.
