A land use adjustment (ADJ2020-00013) and minor modification application (MMD2020-00021) were approved with conditions. Please see the responses to those conditions which have been supplementally addressed in the submitted drawings for permit applications. Numbers below correspond to the Notice of Type II Decision, Section II. Decision, Conditions of Approval. 1. Oscar Contreras confirmed via email that the existing address of 9925 SW Greenburg will be assigned to the temporary building being place on site. Subsequently, an address of 9985 SW Greenburg will be assigned to the proposed office building for the purposes of the permit applications only. When permits are closed out and the temporary building is removed from the site, the 9925 SW Greenburg address will be assigned to the new office building. 2. A new service provider letter from Clean Water Services was obtained which included review of the proposed temporary building. The letter is attached. 3. Tree protection fencing has been installed and approved via inspection through the demo permit(BUP2020-00209). I found these sitting on Brady's desk so I had to scramble to get Jeremy to sign them today. I released the SIT but couldn't release the BUP b/c I didn't know how to do the TDTs &SDCs calcs.
