There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TieardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue this permit and make the plans available for pick up. Thank you for catching that Lisa. After speaking with Trent, I have decreased the amount of concrete we will be adding in the back yard to come below the 1000 sq ft requirement. I have attached the revised Site Plan with a breakdown of the concrete sections Additionally, I spoke with Chris over at CWS, and he advised me to add a few 'Bio-Bags'to the erosion control notes. I see that we created a separate Electrical permit for the pool. Typically we would include the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing work associated with the pool under the Building permit. However, a separate Electrical permit is alright in this situation. Per your email below, we have not received the Mechanical Permit Application for a heater. I have attached our Mechanical Permit Application above for you to complete. I apologize for this delayed response. We have been extremely busy recently. Your permit submittal has been sent to our Planning Department for review, and I will see about expediting this permit from here on out. Our current plan review timeline is 4-8 weeks, and I will see if we can have make this permit ready to issue towards the front end of the timeline for you. If you can submit the completed Mechanical Permit Application, I will include it with the rest of your submittal. Here is my Permit application for electrical work to be done at our house located at 10186 SW 69th Ave, Tigard, OR 97223. I intend to submit and request a permit for Mechanical, Plumbing, and a building permit to install an in ground fiberglass pool. Please let me know if there is anything within this document that needs further approval and then how to pay for the permits. Thank you! 1
