I noticed a co-worker had created a master permit for the fireplace when I created the Mechanical and Plumbing permits. I was thinking that this master permit was the Building permit for the addition that I was involved with—not recalling that you also needed the master permit for the fireplace as well. It turns out that we never created the Building permit for the bump out. I apologize for this inconvenience. I have spoken with my co-workers, and we are expediting our plan review for you. If the permit is not ready to issue by the end of this week, then we will make it ready to issue by the middle of next week. Furthermore,we will need you to pay the plan review fee of$562.24 before plan review can commence. Also, the permit numbers for the Mechanical and Plumbing permits are as follows: 13140 SW HOWARD DRIVE Permit# Fees Due PLM2021-00139 $ 81.20 MEC2021-00223 $ 184.08 MST2021-00161 $ 562.24 Total: $ 827.52 The above fees can be paid online now at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number under the Building tab. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue these permits. Additionally, as my co-worker,Julie Drinkwater, stated in her email, we will need to receive the Owner Responsibility form before we can issue the fireplace permit MST2021-00130. I see that you have already paid these fees online. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you, Branden Taggart City of Tigard :,..
