Only the principle occupant(s)of a dwelling can obtain and run a business out the home.If owner is not the occupant,the occupant must obtain
approval from the owner or an agent of the owner to apply for a HOP.

Can I see clients at my home?
0 No.Type I Home Occupations do not allow any clients or customers to visit the home.A Type II Home Occupation is necessary to allow this
type of use.
Can I receive deliveries at my home?
iU Yes,a maximum of three business related deliveries are allowed per week.
How can I use the property for the business?
0 Any space dedicated for the business cannot be more than 528sq ft.,nor can it exceed 25%of the total residential area.

materials that in the judgment of the fire marshal pose a dangerous risk to the residence,its occupants,and/or surrounding properties.
(Individuals engaged in home occupations shall make available to the fire marshal for review the material safety data sheets that pertain to all
potentially toxic and/or flammable materials associated with the use.)
