RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS,
AND LEVYING TAXES
1. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners , Tigard
Water District, hereby adopts the budget for Fiscal Year 1985-86
now on file in the office of Tigard Water District.
2. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby levies the taxes provided for in the
budget adopted in Paragraph 1 of this resolution in the aggregate
amount of $270, 000 and these taxes are hereby levied upon all
taxable property within the Tigard Water District as of 1: 00
a. m. , January 1, 1985.
3. BE IT RESOLVED that the amounts for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1985 , and for the purposes shown below, are
hereby appropriated as follows:
GENERAL FUND

Material and Services 998, 700
Capital Outlay 522, 700
Operating Contingency 110,100
Transfer to Capital Projects

4 . BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, certifies to the county clerk, county assessor
of Washington County, Oregon, and the State Tax Commission at
its office in Salem, Oregon, the tax levy made by this resolution
and shall file with them a copy of the budget as finally adopted.
ADOPTED and appropriated by the Board of Commissioners,
Tigard Water District, on May 14, 1985 .
