VOMBAS, there is a need for additional water to adequately
supply the Tigard Hater Districts and
'AMERSM, the cost of providing an adequate supply of Bull Run
Water from -the Metzger Water District, inoludla& cost of right-of`-nays,
oonstruction and laying of mains and a reservoir is estimated at

The oondosioners of the Tigard Rater District,at the election to be
held on Monday.- December 2nd, are "Icing the residents of the District to

Indicate their choice of4 water supply. At ths,-paeesent tuns the District
purdmos water Prose the lotsger Fater District, the water being dolivored
to Tigard at the lower end of the Xstsger distribution system. V'henervor
there is insufficient water to supply the users of the *stager District,
Tigard has been, without water. The cost of water purchased from the *stager
Water district is between $300.00 and #500.00 per month.
To insure a more adequate supply of -water from the Metzger Mater District
the Tigard Distriot considered the feasibility of building a reservoir on the
site recently gnu-ohssea by the Tigard District, and constructing :spins from
the Metzger Fater District and mains from the reservoir to . the Ti;ard distri-
bution system. The engineer's estimate of the drat of t ata reservoir and mains
was in excess of 4b4,(".O(,.
Recently the ooni4assiorwra u2 the Tigard District have considered drill-
ing wells on Littla bull ;iouataiu arai constr xcting a reservoir at that site,
and laying only sufficient maims to connect -the proposed reservoir with the

of the reservoir, tho naoessaar; puaWs and mains, would not exceed W.000.00.

time supplied with wator Crozu webs. Tualatinas water is supplied from a
280 foot well sand pumpei disc utly into the ui&Lri,autFiula a=jivLem. The water
