JANOE ( )---- ------------•------------------------------------ -------------- PROPOSAL TO ANNEX CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY That the boundaries of Tigard Water District shall be ex- tended so as to include within it the following described contig- uous property, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the section line 1081. 74 feet west of the southeast corner of Section 3, T2S, R1W, W. M., and running; thence north 0° 11' west 678.22 feet to the south line of the north half of the SE-1/4 of the SE-1/4 of said Section 3; thence west to a point which is 198 feet east of the southwest corner of the north 1/Z of the SE-1/4 of the SE-1/1 of said Section 3; thence north to the north line of the SE-1/1 of the SE-% of said Section 3, thence west to the southeast corner of the NE-1/4 of the SE-1/4 of said Section 3; thence north to the north line of the SE-1/4 of the said Section 3; thence west to the one- quarter corner on the west line of said Section 3; thence south 1/� mile to the southwest corner of said Section 3; thence east along the south line of said Section 3to the place of beginning.
