Lot 167:There were multiple changes to the original plan so we would like to void the original submittal please and use the most recent packet from last week (Please see request for permit action attached). Lot 169: Minor changes only. The Energy Efficiency section was updated on pages Al, A2, A3 and A10 ( 2017 ORSC Table N1104.1(1)). (I will include the attached transmittal letter with the revisions). Please let me know when we can schedule some time to slip sheet the revisions and take back the duplicate packet. We will have the duplex/ADU permits ready for you to slip sheet at 1:00 today in the open Permit Center conference room. Regarding lots 154, 167, 168, 169 and 171, we received what appeared to be new submittals for lots 167 and 169 -- not 168. Any time you need to make revisions, we ask that you complete the attached Transmittal Letter so that we know what changed. The submittals for lots 167 and 169 that we received on Monday did not have a Transmittal Letter, and they appeared to be entirely new permit submittals, so we completed additional review that may have not been necessary. In this case, we do not know if your intention is to change the house plan and void the original submittal, or to make minor changes. Communication before you submit would be much appreciated. I checked with our Residential Plans Examiner, Allyson Armstrong, and she was not aware that you were going to slip sheet these plans or submit replacements. What is changing? Please complete the attached Transmittal letters for each permit. Additionally, we have already completed plan review for lots 167 and 169. Theses permits are basically ready to issue, but we have not completed our final review. For reference,the permit numbers are as follows: • Lot 167= MST2020-00068. • Lot 169= MST2019-00450. Lastly, we would appreciate it if you can provide us with a more thorough Description of Work on the applications when necessary. I noticed that the duplex/ADU permits simply say "New Single Family." The new plans that I submitted yesterday were supposed to be a slip- sheet not new submittal, sorry for the confusion! Please let me know if you can discard the original plans for lot 167 & 168 and consider the new plans and calculations as slip-sheet under the original permit#.
