Present : Chairman Harold Cook, Board Members, J . Lohrenz, A. Boenninghe.usen, W. Beals
Conrad Selliken, Superintendent C. Dickson, Attorney '••heelock and Clara Leslie
Meeting was called to order by Mr. Cook.
Board members elected at recent election took oaths of office. Marren Beals for the
term of five years and Jacob Lohrenz for four years.
Attorney Wheelock informed the Board that the chairman was to be known as the President.
A ballot was taken to select the officers for the year. Harold Cook, President,
Con Selliken, Secretary and Warren Beals, Treasurer.
Minutes of previous meeting was read and approved as read instructing the Assistant
Secretary to make mention in minutes of important discussions.
Account and Collectors Report was read. Warren Beals moved the report be accepted
and J. Lonrenz seconded the motion.

Delinquent Report was read and patrons wuose account was more than two months past
due was discus:.,ed with the Superintendent.
Communications were read and placed on file.
Mr. 3oennin hausen moved that we purchase 5000 30 envelopes and 1000 10 envelopes for
the mailing of the water bills. This was seconded by Con Selliken. Carried.
The auditing of the books was discussed and C. Selliken moved we employ a new auditor
seconded by A. Boenninghausen to audit the books as of Dec. 31, 1949. Carried
The Board requested Mr. Beals to contact auditors and get their figures on an audit
and also the AkiXe of keeping the General Ledger

Board members discussed at some length the mese,ssity of eutablisning a policy
in serving people outside the district such as those living on Dakota Avenue -
Mr. Winslow's district and Mr. Simpson on Bull mountain. Mr. .sen
moved the matter be laid on the table seconded by J . Lohrenz.
It was moved to hold a special meeting Jan. lath at President Cook 's home
to discuss the Auditor 's survey.
