Present, Leonard L.Nodland, President, C.E.Janoe, Sam Graham,
A.J.Chavez, Commissioners, J.P.Lohrenz Supt. , C.E.Wheelock
Atty. , and E.J.Rieher.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Engineer E. Carter was given the floor to report on the progress o
of the well situation. He stated that he and the Supt. sur-
veyed a level line to the various cites.
Sam Graham moved and C. E. Janoe seconded that a special meeting
be held September 21, 1956 to cohsider matters pertaining to the
well, when more time could be devoted to the discussion. The
engineer and the Supt. are to investigate other cites, secure
prices, restrictions, conditions, and any other information per-
taining to the useability of the cites. The motion carried.
A.J.Chavez moved and Sam Graham seconded that we accept the bid
given by Art Mason for a gas heater for the office. The motion
carried.
C.E.Janoe moved and A.J.Chavez seconded that the bills be paid
as listed. The motion carried.
Sam Graham moved and A J.Chavez seconded that the meeting ad-
journ. The motion carried*
