Present:- C. E. JAme President, Sam Graham, Leonard L. Nodland,
R. J, Peters Commissioners, J. P. Lohrens Supt. C. E. Wheelock Atty.
E. W. Carter Eng. , a deligation from Bull Mountain and reprosentives
from the Business Mena Club.
The minutes of the regular meeting were read and approved.
The minutes of thu special meeting were read, corrected, rewritten
and then approved.
The Superintendent was instructed to present the withdrnwat from
the district petition to Mr. R. Helm for action.
Sam Graham moved and R.J.Peters seconded that the o, tion or well
i 3 cite be extended for a period of six month., which is November
30, 1957. The fee for the extension being 1.00. AL3G!, to change the
sise of the lot from 125 feet to 120 feet, to allow for increased
width of the road. The motion carried.
Leondard L. Nodland moved and Sam Graham seconded that a letter
of acknowledgement be sent to k. J. Strasser Drilling Co. for extending
the bid on well if 3 for six months. The motion carried.
Jam Graham moved and Leonard L. Nodland seconded that the Board
go on record that a 4 inctalipipe line be installed on a. a:. McMichael
Height* for a distance of536feet from Walnut Avenue, and a 3/4 inch
pipe the remaining distance to connect onto a 2 inch main on 'Orrol
Street. Also a standard fire hydrent be installed in the line. The
above to be paid for by A. E. AtAichael. Also the 1147.lird ater Dima ,_
trict will install a 4 inch pipe in place of the 3/4 inch p ,(1 and
pay the difference in cost between the 3/4 in and the 4 in. ripe.
The motion carried.

ticipate in the engineeringsurvey for bringing Fortlld water into
the test dill area as c)Lit lined by a letter from the City of Beaverton
Xeyor A. H. Rossi, dated May 6, 1957. Our portion of the cost will
be 1050.00. The motion carried.
A motion wa* made by Leonard L. Nodland and seconded by R. S.
Peters that the Clerk notify the Ti6ard Realty Co. that the Tigard
Atter District will supply adequate water with a 6,inch main, loop
fed, and that it will be installed and ready to connect into by
November 1, 1957. The motion carried.
A motion wan made by R. E. Peters and seconf2ed by Leonard L.
Nodland that a permit be soured from the ',:ltate to install a six
inch main on highway 217, from Hungiker 3trt to Fenno Creek.
The motion carried.

trict May 21, 1957 at 7.30 Orc1ock P.M.
The mesti was called to order by Atty. C. '. '*heelock.
The committee consisted of C. F. Seiiiken, K. R. Rutherford,
Mussell Hinkley, J. s=. Lohrena and W. P. Weppner.
C. P. 3elliken was unanimously electf d chairman, and then he
took the chair to preside.
The budger items were presented by Atty. C. E. -hee1.jck and
they here studied in detail by the committee.
