Mr. Longfellow made the motion nominating Mr. Nicoll, Chairman
of the Board, Mr. Nodlund second the motion.
BULGET
Mr. Longfellow recommended an increase ia 66-67 Budget requirments
rroT available Cash on Hand in General Find ',?esources in the amount
of '15 ,000 to be used as Oapitoa Outlay, Equinment :,a1,400 and
Transfer Out-Construction - 3 ,400. Mr. Savage, Auditor, to be
contacted and advised of the increase authorization.

Mr. Rodger to write the State for requirement and prodedures

PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Lohrenz states renlacellent of main oa Main Street, Tigard,
0rre7,on between railroad an Fowler High and asked that Mr. Carter
submit estimate so renlacevent can be started as soon as possible.
Mr. Baines asked to take unier advisement, the Bull Mt. Uatec
rights which sold for .:;500 per share and now at e200 per share .
Mr. Carter asked to submit estimate to Mr. Lohrenz on Canterberry
devlonment. Permit has not been obtained at this time on the
relocation of main on S. W. Aun,Aker. Permit submitted and
signed by Mr. Rodgers to the State Hwy will be cleared by Mr.
Carter,
