A meeting of the appointed Commissioners, Mr. Brown and Mr. Tigard will be held and report made when applicants are available for discussion. ENGINEER'S REPORT Contract to Evereet L. Wiggins on reservoir at Well ND. 4 signed by Mr. Longfellow and Mr. Nicoli and returned to Mr. Carter. S . W. Pump's motor at Well No. 1 running hot . Mr. B own suggested amperae readings be taken regular timing and insnection. Fire Hydrants on Main Street discussed in the construction plans. Mr. Roberts on Bull Mt request for weer from Tigard Water District would be at his expense . Dick Knauss water requirements for new house on Paul Sam line on easemelt , not on dedicated road, (1)Hook up available at pe.esfintoff Bull Mt. Road by half (e) the cost as rebate to M ', Riprey, rlus hook up charge and meter, (2) a charge of , 200.00 for hook up charge plue the meter on existing 4 line , Since 1" meter requested a charge of ,150.00. 1ess credit for i1/4" meter now on property of 31.00 or ',:119.00 charge for 1" meter. Desk and filling cabinet discussed and funds available in Budget. Mr. Longfellow made the motion this expenditure be granted and seconded by Mr. Tigard. Motion in order. S. W. 100th ani, Settler construction completed. th Or ENGINEiTR' 3 REPORT cont Mr. Carter reports contract signed for Reservoir of which a cony of bid in Tigard Water District office. Original co-y to be held by Mr. Carter until completion of construetien to control Bond Insurance. A report on Fire line down to the Industrial area to connect with Metzger, in as much that an agreement between Industry, Mr. Fox, Mr. Gerber and Mr. H. A. Anderson and the Metzger Water District had agreed on general terms but with one exception. The Industrial objected to the stand by charge. Mr. Brown suggested this charge be dropped at this ime if agreedby Metzger Water District in as much as they were serving the area with domestic, water. Due to time elemate , projects are not being comrleted due to manpower available and asking that he be allowed to hire an %we additienal man for meter reading and maintenance. Mr. Brown made the motion that Mr. Miller be allowed to extend his staff by this one man, motion seconded by Mr. Longfellow. Motion carried, BIDS C. Tigard made the motion that bid on Reservoir at Well Site No. 4 be granted to Everett Wiggins as low bid in the amount of M3 , 586.00 pending verification of engineer, motion seconded by Mr. Lon-fellow. Motion carried. Main St. project going to Bunyard & ettit as low bid of 7,055.00. Mr. C. Tigard madethe motion that bid on S. V. 100th and Battler go to Page Construction Co. as low bid of 320.00. ELECTION Mr. Baines to prepare Petitions and Notices for the election of Cormiseioners on December 5th,1066. Terms expiring, one 5 year and one 3 year. Petitions must be turned into Secretary of the Tigard Water District not less than ten days before election. M". C. Tigard made the motion the following Judges for Election ifq2,51t6Nited, Lena Nunnenkamp, Mabel Wolf and Ha el Adams, motion seconded by Mr. Longfellow. Motion carried. CLERK'S RE:ORT %we Mrs .McKee reports on adjustment of Mrs. Bunney meter reading. WATER DISTRICTS Mr. Brown roved where it was convenient for Property Owners be serve,' by the Tigard Water District adjacent to other Water Districts, billing be made direct to adjacent Water District, by wagreement with adjacent Water District, and they bill the customer. Mr. Longfellow seconded the motion. Motion carried. VOUCHERS Payment of Vouchers submitted. Mr. Longfellow made motion vouchers be paid at this time , seconded by W . Brown.
