Chairman Nicola called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
MINUTES of February 13, 1968 were adopted as written.
Motion made by Mr. Slemons and seconded by Mr. Wheelwright.
Motion carried.
PAYMENT OF ERS Motion made by Mr. ;demons and seconded by
Mr, Nodlandthatthe disbursements as listed be approved for
payment. Motion carried.
PROJECT MANAGER'S REPORT Mr. Lohrena reported that underground
power hind bee inistailed at Well #4, pit had been dug and floor
had been poured.
ENGINEER'S REPORT' T After discussion on results of meeting at King
City

attended by
Mr. Carter, Mr. Baines. and Mr. Nicoll March 8,
`�+' 1968, Mr. Baines was instructed to write agreement on "rebate
program on lines Hwy. to 116th, 600 ft. of 6" line K.C. #1,
approximately 3,300 ft. on Beof Bend Road, 1970 ft. - Pacific Hwy.
Agreement to be presented to King City by Mr. Baines for signature
and returned to Tigard Water District.
Mr. Carter stated that he had not received enough information from
King City to project needs for water lines to serve Mobile Home court
and other parcels East of Highway.
OLD BUSINESS
RETIh -ENTs Mr. Wheelwright and Mr. Slemons stated that they need
more information on Insurance Retirement Plan.
SS Mr. Wheelwright made a motion to sign six Petitions
for .Annexa PdE tion Richard 00 Fimmel property, Minor and Jacobs property,
Leron Hts. (Lot 21,26,27,43 - Plat 2), Leron Hts. (Lot 23,33,35,38
Plat 2), Hood View Addition, Plat 2, William Halvorson property (121st
Ave.) Seconded by Mr. Siemens. Motion carried.
Mr. Siemens made a motion to sign two Petitions for Annexation
Tualatin Development Company. Motion seconded by Mr. Nodland.
Motion carried.
Mr. Siemens made a motion to table Petition for Annexation -
,,,o,, signed by Howard K. Coffey, Nancy A. Coffey, Albert D. Dockrell,
and Virginia L. Dockrell (property near Scholls Ferry Rd.)
Seconded by Mr. Wheelwright. Motion carried.

ADtiINISTRATOMS REPORT Mr. Waddill informed the Commissioners
that Mr. Baggonatos would not put a price on the purchase of his
'well and one acre of land and that Mr. Beggenstos wanted an offer
from Tigard Water District.

Motion was made by Mr. Slemons and seconded by Mr. Wheelwright to
authorize Mr. Waddill to offer Mr. Baggeustos $18,000.00 for the
wall .and one.acre of. �.�d„
With these stipulations: with
acceptance from the Engineer of Tigard Water District on quantity
and quality of water. Proper easement. Connection for water for
house only. Motion carried. •
Mr. Wheelwright made a motion to accept 'offer made by Mr. Savage
in letter dated January 26, 1968 to do the Tigard Water District
audit for fiscal year ending June 30, 1968 not to exceed $1,000.00
and the audit report to be completed and' delivered not later than
September 1, 1968.
The above acceptance on condition that Tigard Water District receive
a letter from Mr. Savage agreeing to pay $100.00 per month or pro-rate
for part of a month if audit completed and received after promised
delivery date. Delivery date being September 1, 1968. Seconded by
Mr. Slemons. Motion carried.
Discussion on letter from Tualatin Rural mire Protection District,
Resolution from Fire District, charges for fire services and list
of fire hydrants that Fire District feels is needed. It was agreed
that a copy of each should be sent to each Commissioner in order
that they could be studied.
