Ronald Sorensen and William McMonagle of King City -
Tulatin Development Company.
Chairman Nicoli called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
MINUTES of March 12, 1968 were adopted as amended: Description
on two Petitions for Annexation - Tualatin Development Company -
one relates to "Van Alstine" property lard one to "Stanfield"
property. Motion made by Mr. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Slemons.
Motion carried.
PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS Motion made by Mr. Slemons and seconded by
Pte, Wheelwright that the disbursements as listed be approved for
payment. Motion carried.

QREPORT PT Mr. Lohrenz reported that the pump
house at Weft4 was near completion and that the 400 scrubs had
been planted at well sites and. &aaylor Tank. He reported that the
10" pipe for line replacement on Tiedeman had been ordered, also
ere that line replacement on Johnson Street was started.
P.NGINEER'S REPORT Mr. Carter discussed with Commessioners, •
Mr. Sorensen axnd Mr. McMonagle the possible line extensions
to serve Mobile Home Park. Discussion on installation of 12"
Tualatin Development Company to pay for installation cost of
an 8" line and Tigard Water District to day for difference
between 8" and 12" line. After much disc:usaion, kIr. Sorensen
and Mr. McMonagle left with the undorstsndiog that: the Commiss
ioners sand Mr. Carter would study the cost of installation.
Motion was made to instruct Mr. Carter to prepare Distribution
of Cost d crossing at Bend Road with 12" line to Mobile Villa e
based on 8". Motion made by Mr. Siemens ani seconded by Mr.
Wheelwright. Motion carried,
Mr. Carter reported on correspondence with lir. Huy.man of
Farmers Insurance Group in regards to provision oS: water
service for new building to be constructed at S. W. 67th Ave.
and S. W. Hampton Street. It was agreed that Meteger Water
District should provide this water service as the domestic
requirement would be 230 gpm.

Mr. Wheelwiight reported that he hoped to have a plan to
present at the next meeting.

down the offer of $18,000.00 for his well and one acre of
laud.
NEW BUSINESS
Aineia4On-i Mr. Slemons made a motion to sign one Petition
for Annexation, seconded by Mr. Johnson. The Petition was
signed by Arnold B. Foreman of 12830 S. W. Bend Road,
Motion carried.
Mr. Nicoli acknowledged a letter from James L. Savage, CPA "
accepting terms of the Board of Directors for the audit
of the Tigard Water District for the year ending June 30,
1968.
Motion made by Mr. Slemons and seconded by Mr. Johnson
to pay for Friden calculator. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Mr. Wheelwright and seconded by Mr. Nodland
to adjourn meeting at 9:45 P.M. Motion carried.
