7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: April 12, 2021
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:10 p.m. 4. Parks and Recreation Community Engagement Update
Marissa Grass, PW Community Engagement Coordinator, will give an update on
the Parks Master Plan Survey, Open Houses and other Parks and Rec public
outreach efforts underway.
7:30 p.m. 5. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen will give an
overview including the current COVID-19 status for Tigard Parks and Rec
programs, FY21-22 budget update including the PARF rate and FTE status, a
Parks Master Plan update, and an overview of American Recovery Plan Act
(ARPA) funds for potential use on park projects.

Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Recreation Coordinator,
Kaitlyn Leaf.

8:20 p.m. 9. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
