If so, this could all be a part of the Site Work permit submittal that we could combine with the pier system under (1) permit. Regarding Deferred Submittals,these are coordinated through our Commercial Plans Examiner,Tom Hochstatter. Once Tom authorizes Deferred Submittals to be submitted, we hand out specific forms for these to be submitted at a later time for review. I spoke with Tom, and it sounds as if Deferred Submittals were not coordinated through him yet. Concerning the Submittal process, we are not set up for electronic submittal yet, but we are moving this direction in the future. As you know now, we have our outer lobby open for dropping off plans between the hours of 8:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
