Brad,
I have created the Sewer permit. The balance due is$5,835.00,and I have attached an invoice above for you to
reference. This fee can be paid online now at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the
permit record number SWR2021-0009 under the Building tab. There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do
not have a service fee.
Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermitsPtigard-or.gov so that we may issue the
Sewer Permit and remove the hold on Plumbing permit PLM2021-00161.

Hi Brad,
Thank you for the completed Plumbing Permit Application. I will work on creating the Sewer permit today for you. I will
be placing a hold on the Plumbing permit until the Sewer permit is created and the fees are paid. Technically you cannot
proceed with the work until the Sewer permit has been issued. I will make an effort to process this permit as quickly as
possible. I will send you an email once this permit is ready to issue.
Thank you,
