Peter provided a visual map of the space for Universal Plaza as well as surrounding space. There were several visual representations of connecting trails into the space as well as various ideas of activities to utilize the space (water feature, art space, community room, picnic tables, green space, etc.). o Community room and canopy will be built in later phases (due to the budget). o Lots of designing and creativity will be going into the water feature. o High performance lawn profile — modified soil due to increased rain in area. o Third community advisory meeting in February— everyone is invited to participate. 6.
