However, we will need you to address the following before we can create these permits: Mechanical: • Unit Heater:The plans show that a unit heater is being installed in tenant space 3. Per Dianna's previous email, we will need to receive (2) sets of cut sheets. This unit appears to be a suspended unit heater, in which case (2) sets of engineering calculations are also required. • Exhaust fans: With regard to new bathrooms,we will need to receive (2)sets of cut sheets for each exhaust fan model. • Valuation: What is the total valuation for the entire Mechanical permit scope of work? We will need the valuation to determine permit fees. Electrical: • After reviewing the scope of work on the Electrical Permit Applications, electrical plan review is not required. These permits can be issued over the counter, but only after we receive contractor license information with a Supervising Electrician's signature. I have attached the applications above for the Supervising Electrician to sign. Also, please let us know if you would like the plans back,or if you would prefer that we recycle them. Plumbing: • The first page of the Plumbing Permit Applications are missing the plumbing fixtures. Please enter the quantities of the plumbing fixtures and return the applications to us. Also, plumbing plan review is not required for this scope of work. We will need contractor license information before we can issue these permits. I have attached the applications above for you to enter your plumbing contractor's information. Also, please let us know if you would like the plans back, or if you would prefer that we recycle them.
