With the construction of the ADU, the city and county health department require that the property be connected to
public sanitary sewer.
A plumbing permit application was submitted for sewer connection of the ADU, however we will also need a plumbing
permit application for the primary residence at 11045 SW Error St so that we can process the sewer connection for the
primary residence. We will collect a system development charge of$5,835 for each address,for a total of$11,670 in
sewer connection fees.
Please complete and return the attached plumbing permit application to TigardBuildingPermits(«@tigard-or.gov at your
earliest convenience so that we can complete review of the ADU.
