I understand that there are (2) residential dwellings to be demolished for this subdivision at 15345 and 15395 SW Bull Mountain Rd. For each lot, we will need the following: • Completed permit application form (see attached). • (2) copies of a site plan, drawn to scale, no larger than 11x17 that includes the footprint and sf each structure to be demolished, utility locations, erosion control measures, tree protection measures, if applicable, etc. See Page 2 of application for site plan requirements. • In the description section of the permit application, please indicate if the dwelling is on septic or public sewer system. 2 These demolition permits must be finaled prior to issuance of new construction permits in order to receive SDC credits for transportation, parks, sanitary sewer(if applicable) and water meters. The demo credits will be applied to the first two new construction submittals. Please be sure to write in the description of these applications that 'demo credits apply'. Please allow 4-8 weeks to process the demolition permits and the permit technicians will contact you as soon as the permits are ready and with instructions to pay fees online. We are closed on Fridays. All payment can be done online via a link we will provide in later email communications.There is a 3%service fee for online payments. We can also accept checks sent to us via mail. Please do not leave any checks in the submittal box in the lobby, as they will not be secure. I'm happy to answer any more questions about the process. There is a service fee of 3%for payments by card, and there is no service fee for payments made by e-check. On the payment screen, select the payment method from the dropdown list of the 'payment' field. Please email the permit technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov once the fees are paid so that we can issue the permit and make it available for pick up. Please note that we must have the licensed contractor information prior to permit issuance. Please email this information to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov at your earliest convenience. After the permit is issued, and once erosion control measures are in place, inspections can be scheduled online at http://inspections.tigard-or.gov/WebOnlinelnspections by searching for the permit record number.
