Can I get a status update on this? Permit for 11220 has been approved and paid but I have not received any

We are working with an engineer and truss company and will have permit applications and other required
documents soon.
We are trying to get our hands on the original plans but the HOA and property manager have not been able to assist.

Mark, if a walkthrough is an option I will make myself available anytime that works for you, my main concern is
having a clear game plan for the firewall repairs. I believe that the framing, trusses and decks should be
fairly straight forward as we are repairing like for like and the structure was built in 2000 but even here would like to
work through any potential issues ahead of time.

Because these dwellings were constructed as 'attached' housing, we will need a separate building permit
application for each address (see attached application for requirements). Each permit application will need a
separate project valuation for the scope of work for each specific unit. We will need (3) sets of construction plans,
and both applications can be submitted with the plans. We will also need (2) sets of engineering calculations, if
applicable. Hard copy of application documents are required to be submitted to a drop box in the lobby of the
Permit Center, Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Fridays. Our building is closed to the public at
this time, and no appointment is necessary to drop off applications.
The trade permits for mechanical, electrical and plumbing can be submitted to our online permit system by a
licensed contractor.
Regarding a 'walk through' prior to permits, I have copied our building official, Mark VanDomelen to respond.
Regarding any construction plan or building code questions, I have copied our plans examiner Tom Hochstatter and
you can contact him directly.

Hi there!
I'm the contractor that will be working on the fire damage repairs at the above addresses, both units have been
mitigated and temporarily dried in but there is extensive roof damage on one of the units and significant firewall
damage between the two units that will need to be repaired (firewalls were mostly damaged by the secondary
water damage not the fire but will none the less need to be removed and repaired).
I would love to schedule a site visit ASAP so we can get the ball rolling and hopefully get things properly dried in
before the winter weather sets in.
Please advise on next steps.
