The licenses expired on 1/15/21, due to nonpayment of their renewal fee, so once they pay the BCD renewals, those licenses will be renewed to 7/1/2023". At the City of Tigard we create a single combination or'master' permit that includes all structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing permit work under one single permit,therefore we require all four applications be completed and submitted together as a packet. The packet submitted only included the building permit application. Please instruct all sub-contractors to NOT submit separate mechanical, electrical or plumbing permits online or to the drop box. Please complete the attached mechanical, electrical and plumbing permit applications and email them to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, or submit to drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary. Once we have these applications the package will be routed for completeness review by planning. Upon planning's approval,the permit will be created and the permit technicians will contact you with instructions to pay the plan review submittal fee online. After the payment is received, the plans will be routed to engineering and building for plan review. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing.
