I have paid the renewal and have attached the payment confirmation. We probably won't be showing as active until

The BCD just got back to me and they said, "electrical license C1299 is in an "Expired-Renewable" status. The
licenses expired on 1/15/21, due to nonpayment of their renewal fee, so once they pay the BCD
renewals, those licenses will be renewed to 7/1/2023".
Thank you and please let me know when this license has been updated so that we can update our database and issue
the permit(after fees paid).

Bot , C1299 afd C1499, are in an "Expired-Renewable" status. The licenses expired on 1/15/21, due to
non of their renewal fee. I checked their CCB licenses and those are active, so once they pay the BCD
renewals, those licenses will be renewed to 7/1/2023.

Hello George,
We have printed the ADU SDC exemption form, however your application package submitted on 12/3/2020 is missing
some items.
At the City of Tigard we create a single combination or'master' permit that includes all structural, mechanical, electrical
and plumbing permit work under one single permit,therefore we require all four applications be completed and
submitted together as a packet. The packet submitted only included the building permit application. Please instruct all
sub-contractors to NOT submit separate mechanical, electrical or plumbing permits online or to the drop box.
Please complete the attached mechanical, electrical and plumbing permit applications and email them to
TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, or submit to drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5
pm. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary. Once we have these applications the package will be
routed for completeness review by planning. Upon planning's approval,the permit will be created and the permit
technicians will contact you with instructions to pay the plan review submittal fee online. After the payment is received,
the plans will be routed to engineering and building for plan review. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing.

When adding additional plu ing fixtures during the construction of a detached AD he attached water meter fixture
unit worksheet must be complete submitted to our Utility Billin n (UB)for review and approval to
determine if your existing water meter wil n e 'upsi ' o accommodate the additional plumbing
fixtures. Please submit the completed worksheet a on ' rd-or. ov for their review and approval. If the
water meter is required to be upsized,this ' e a condition of the building 't and the upsized meter must be
installed prior to building final inspe ' n and issuance of certificate of occupancy. Th water meter worksheet must be
approved and submitted prior t permit issuance.
You will also need to obtain a service provider letter from Clean Water Services:
https://www.cleanwaterservices.org/documents-forms/pre-screen-form/.When you receive a response from CWS,
please e-mail it to the Building Division at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov. This service provider letter is required
prior to permit issuance.
