Arrest Made After Woman Attacked in Car
Just after 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4th, officers responded to a business complex in the 15300 block

inside her own car.
Officers learned the woman walked to her car, hit the unlock button and got inside. Once she closed the
door, a man grabbed her from behind, restricting her breathing by covering her nose and mouth with his
hand. She managed to get the car door open in an attempt to escape, but the man grabbed her with both
arms. On her second attempt, she broke free and ran to get help. The passing driver called 911.
Responding officers quickly located a man in the area matching the suspect's description, who had stolen the
victim's cell phone. He was later identified as Achitoi Hallucky, age 25, and was taken to jail on charges of
kidnapping II,robbery III and strangulation.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area or may have had a similar experience is asked to report it.
