The Templeton Elementary School demolition permit is now ready to issue. Would you like to pay from the trust account? The balance due is$3,044.38, and I have attached an invoice above for you to reference. The permit fees can be paid online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number(BUP2020-00254) in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and we will place this permit and the approved site copy set of plans in our open Permit Center conference room for you to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary to pick up. If the demolition of the classroom building will take place at a different time, then it would be our preference to issue (1) demo permit for the classroom building and (1) Building permit for the interior demolition of the Pre-K building. Concerning the scope of work for the Pre-K building, if you only intend to complete the demolition at this time,then (1) Building permit with (2) sets of plans will suffice. However, if the scope of work is more of a tenant improvement,with new partitions or other work, then we would treat this like a tenant improvement permit, and we would need to receive a third set of plans to review.
