7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call

Call for comments from the public.
7:10 p.m. 4. City Facilities Consolidation (CFC) Update
Community Development Director, Kenny Asher, will give an update on the CFC
Project.
7:30 p.m. 5. Universal Plaza Update
Redevelopment Project Manager, Sean Farrelly, will give an update on Universal
Plaza
7:45 p.m. 6. Prepare for February 16 Meeting with City Council
Discuss and confirm the list of topics in preparation for joint council meeting.
8:05 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen will give an
overview including Covid-19 status, homeless issues, project planning, hiring of
the Recreation Coordinator and other open positions.
8:15 p.m. 8. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Recreation Coordinator,
Kaitlyn Leaf.

Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisor, Martin McKnight
Discuss and create a list of topics in preparation for joint council meeting.

8:40 p.m. 11. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
