Hi Brian and Amy,
I just checked the status of the permit and it is in Post Review, which is the last step of the process. I would estimate that
post review will be finished by the end of next week (1/22). Our permitting process takes 4-6 weeks and it looks like
we've had yours in our system for just about 3 weeks, setting the estimated issuance date right within the early time
frame of window.
Please note that once post review is completed, you will get an email with the final permit fees due. It is very important
that you reply to that email once you pay the fees, so our permit technicians are notified and can quickly issue your
permit.

We are the owners of 11445 SW Fairhaven Street. Our contractor was supposed to contact you as to when a
final inspection was going to be made so we can get a permit. I was wondering if you can please give us an
update on our permit application. We paid our fees and took down the RV Port that was required to finalize
our permit. Can you please let us know asap as we want to finish our roof before the weather gets worse? A
photo is attached of the RV Port removed as shown below on prior message.

I have no idea where you got the notion that we are giving them an exemption from the setback
requirement.(?) I read the whole email chain, the only issue is do we give them their building permit
for the legal stuff before or after they tear down the illegal RV cover. Looking at the picture, I'd say
they need to clear the violation (tear down the RV cover) before we issue the Building Permit.

The customer put"roof replacement and add gables" as their scope of work. But I looked at their plans, and it meets
Planning's Code requirements. I'll defer to Tom & Ken if they want to hold up this building permit pending the RV cover
being removed. Dianna is also aware of this situation.

Ken,
I have no idea where you got the notion that we are giving them an exemption from the setback
requirement.(?) I read the whole email chain, the only issue is do we give them their building permit
for the legal stuff before or after they tear down the illegal RV cover. Looking at the picture, I'd say
they need to clear the violation (tear down the RV cover) before we issue the Building Permit.

The customer put "roof replacement and add gables" as their scope of work. But I looked at their plans, and it meets
Planning's Code requirements. I'll defer to Tom & Ken if they want to hold up this building permit pending the RV cover
being removed. Dianna is also aware of this situation.
