PUBLIC UTILITY-PERMANENT Space above reserved for Washington County Recording
Tigard-Tualatin School District 23J hereinafter called the Grantors,
grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting, and repairing of public utilities and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation,
foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A," situated in the City of Tigard,
Washington County, State of Oregon.
The true consideration of this conveyance is for other value given, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
Grantor.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement. Grantor reserves the right to use the surface of the land provided such uses undertaken by the
Grantor shall not be inconsistent or interfere with the use of the subject easement area by the City. No building or utility
shall be placed upon, under, or within the property subject to the foregoing easement during the term thereof, however,
without the written permission of the City.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto the Grantee, its successors,and assigns forever.
