A group of roughly 100 individuals caused significant damage at the Tigard Police Department, City Hall, Permit Center and several blocks of the downtown Tigard business district. On city property alone,more than 20 windows were broken. The amount of graffiti to city property and downtown businesses is extensive. We are encouraging any Tigard businesses or residents that suffered damage to report it to Tigard Police so we can follow up on the investigation.
