and to the real property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,
including, without implied limitation, Grantor's right of repurchase contained in (i) that certain Purchase
and Sale Agreement between Grantor and the City Center Development Agency, dated November 30,
2015,and (ii)that certain Statutory Special Warranty Deed recorded December 16, 2015 as Fee No. 2015-
102934 of Official Records.
