It sounds as if you are saying the water closet will be installed where the clothes washer was located. Is this the case? Since existing fixtures are being changed or replaced, we are going to enter previous fixtures as "capped", and then enter the new fixtures as "added". The end result should be a sewer credit, resulting in no SDC fees. Please confirm if I understand the scope of work correctly. Would this qualify as a replacement not a new fixture to the system? Per the drainage fixture count the existing amount was 5 fixture units and by replacing these new fixtures the new count is 4. Would we be able to adjust the permit application to "ALTERATION" instead of newly added?
