I confirmed with the recent property listings that this property has (2) bathrooms. I recommend that we accept the latest worksheet and the inspectors can view the work in the field once the permit is issued. If they find anything different, we can revisit the count with the applicant. And, since your records show that this dwelling is already on a 1" water meter since 1989, they don't need to have the meter upsized as the totals after the new fixture additions will still only require a 5/8" meter. The house has a 1 inch meter since 1989. Every time I ask for a corrected fixture count, ie. use lavatory not bar sink,the fixtures change, ie.two bath/shower combos are now one shower stall and one bath.
