You can pay the above fees online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx. From there,click
on the Building tab, enter the permit numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid online, please
notify us at tigardbuildingpermits@tigard-or.gov, and I will email the permits to you. Furthermore,the permit fees for
both permits will need to be paid before we can issue either of them. Please let me know if you have questions.
Also, per our conversation,we will need you to confirm the tenant in this space—if it is occupied. We will need this
information prior to issuing this permit.

Can I please get a status update on this permit? I know you said 1-3 weeks which would be by next Wednesday but I
can't find anything related to this on the Tigard Accela site. Our GC is growing concerned as there have been substantial
delays in obtaining this.
