To clarify, by"auto washer" do you mean clothes washer? It sounds as if you are saying the water closet will be
installed where the clothes washer was located. Is this the case? Since existing fixtures are being changed or replaced,
we are going to enter previous fixtures as"capped", and then enter the new fixtures as "added". The end result should
be a sewer credit, resulting in no SDC fees.
Please confirm if I understand the scope of work correctly. Once I hear back from you, I will issue the Plumbing permit.

We replaced the auto washer with a water closet and the utility sink was replaced with a lay sink. We are replacing
fixtures not necessarily adding new ones. Would this qualify as a replacement not a new fixture to the system? Per the
drainage fixture count the existing amount was 5 fixture units and by replacing these new fixtures the new count is 4.
Would we be able to adjust the permit application to "ALTERATION" instead of newly added?

property(such as this manager's restroom),we must also create a sanitary sewer permit to collect additional system

Could the other permit application be cancelled because we aren't doing a repair on the sewer line that would call for
this type of permit. I spoke with the building manager and she stated no other work is going on there at the complex.
We are only installing a toilet and a lay sink.
PLM2020-00448 - is the correct scope of work and permit request.

The fees can be paid online at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for each permit
' '' record number under the Building tab. Payment can be made by'card' for a 3%service fee or select the 'check'
payment option and there is no service fee.

Please note that the sewer permit SDC fee must be paid prior to issuance of the plumbing permit.

issue the permit and email a copy to you.
