The permit fees can be paid online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there,click on the Building tab, enter the permit number (BUP2020-00225) in the Record Number field,and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and I will place this permit in our open Permit Center conference room for you to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Regarding the status of our review, I think you may be looking at 2-3 more weeks. If Tom can approve the plans soon, then we could possibly make this permit ready to issue within a couple of weeks. Please note there is a $50 addressing fee that must be paid before I can release your new addresses to our local regional partners. Due to the current working situation all fees must be paid online, so a permit technician will be creating an invoice for this fee shortly. The fee can also often be bundled with other building permit fees you may already have. Please see the permit center staff for any further requirements for your project.
