Sure, this honestly happens fairly often, usually when suites are split or combined and a new suite number is generated.
In this case the address 12100 was retired when the space was split into three new suites 12112, 12114, and 12116 back
in Sept.Their app probably applies to one of those suites, the applicant just needs to update the app to reflect the
correct space.
