The current meter is a 5/8 inch size though they should be at a 3/ inch size. With the additions, the meter will need to be increased to a one inch meter. UB then emails back their approval of the worksheet. Typically for home remodel projects, we issue a single combination or`master' permit that encompasses all trades, building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing in one single permit. Unfortunately, only the building permit application was submitted to us for plan review, and the description of work reads "convert existing framed/roughed-in storage area to laundry room" and it does not mention that additional plumbing fixtures were being added to the old laundry room, and the plans do not show the old laundry room with new bathroom fixtures. Also, the plumbing permit obtained online by the contractor does not accurately describe that additional fixtures were being added, it just reads "laundry/bathroom/kitchen remodel". In summary, we were unaware that additional plumbing fixtures were being added to this dwelling until now. We need the attached worksheet completed and emailed to UBOnlinepav@tigard-or.gov as soon as possible for their approval. UB will email a copy of the worksheet and their approval to the permit technicians after their review so that we can complete post-review and make this permit ready to issue.
