In this case, we will need an accounting of all plumbing fixtures to determine if the existing water meter needs to be upsized or not. I have attached the Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet above for you to complete and email to our Utility Billing Department for approval. The form can be emailed to UBOnlinePav@tigard- or.gov. After we receive the water meter approval from our Utility Billing Department, and the permit fees are paid,we will be able to issue this Building permit. The balance due is$1,097.58, and I have attached an invoice above for you to reference. The permit fees can be paid online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number(MST2020-00263) in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov. Upon permit issuance, we will place the permit in our open Permit Center conference room for someone to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Please let us know if you have questions. After reviewing the plans, I see that there will not be a net increase in sinks--just a reconfiguration. Once the permit fees are paid online,we will be able to issue this permit. Please see my previous email below for online payment instructions. Allow sender I Block sender Hi Brandon, Sorry for my misunderstanding, but we currently have two sinks in the existing bathroom we are using the same two sinks in the remodeled bathroom. Page A1.0 on the as-built main floor are two sinks Page A2.0 on the New Main Floor Plan are the same two sinks. I think the confusion is on page A2.0 New Foundation Plan shows a bathroom and office. That is ground level as the house is a daylight basement. The (N) Crawl Space is the foundation on the ground level and the New Main Floor is above. Thanks in advance! 1 Warmest regards, Karen Karen Linder Interior Designs 1503-515-4745 Principal Designer www.karenlinderinteriordesigns.com On Oct 16, 2020, at 4:32 PM, Branden Taggart < brandent@tigard-or.gov>wrote: Hi Karen, According to the plans there is a second sink in the bathroom. If you are not adding a second sink, we will need you to fill out the attached Transmittal Letter and submit (3)sets of revised floor plans showing the fixture change. If the plans are correct, then we will need you to complete the Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet. Regarding fees, the total plumbing fees including (2) sinks would be $98.08 and (1) sink would be $81.20. So we will not need to fill out the Water Meter Fixture Worksheet. Based on this, I'd the fee still the same or do you need to adjust? Thanks in advance !
