If engineering approves of the proposed revisions, you will need to submit the following:
• (3) copies of the revised site plan, drawn to scale and no larger than 11x17 in size, for each lot.
• (2) copies of the storm report, for each lot.
• (1) transmittal letter(see attached)for each lot.
Revised plans can be submitted to the drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. We
are closed on Fridays.

currently under construction. The Contractor has run into some issues with building flow-through planters for Lots 1 &2
(approved by the City on 05/14/2019) and instead would like to proposed Vegetated Filter Strips in their place. Below is
