Under federal law, an Eligible Facilities Request is deemed granted with written notification in sixty(6o)days after an application is filed with a local jurisdiction,excluding tolling. T-Mobile proposes to modify the"BARROWS RD Tower"as follows: Replace(3)antennas and(3)RRUs; remove(1)RRU;and install(1)HCS 2.0 fiber w/pendant on existing tower.T-Mobile also proposes to replace(i)router and install(8)baseband modules,(1)booster,(3) amplifiers,and(1)junction box w/OVP within existing compound. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number (BUP2020-00205) in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and I will place this permit in our open Permit Center conference room for someone to pick up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Once the fees are paid, the plans will be routed offsite for plan review. Due to the current remote working conditions, we are experiencing significant delays in processing permits.
